Auto-replace on import

It would be a nice enhancement to give the option of running all of the enabled text automation features on imported text files.

I currently write my first draft in an external program, and then import into novelWriter to do my editing. Because of this, I heavily make use of the "Replace single quotes" and "Replace double quotes" features, as well as manual em-dash and ellipsis replacement. A nice feature might be to optionally run all of those text automation features when performing the import.
