Fix Project Details dialog

The project details dialog does not work with the multi-novel setup. It jumbles everything together.

The tool either needs to be fixed, or it could be incorporated into the Outline panel. The latter would make more sense.

Update: Will add the features to either the novel tree or the outline. Either works. Perhaps both are good.
