blank document with a single signature. Help..!!

Hello.!! I need help. I'm from Ecuador. I am using your library and I stamp the electronic signature without problem. But if I receive a document signed by another application and I want to sign with its library, it returns a blank document and only with my signature stamp and without the second one that was made by the other program. I hope I have explained myself.
