Store Notes as Markdown files

It would be nice that each note could be stored as a markdown file. The directory containing the files could be set with preferences. That could help Image support into notes too. Markdown is a powerful formated text format.

+1 it would be useful for people syncing with other devices, such as mobile phones, where the offer of note-taking apps with Markdown syntax is huge.
