snap to grid in the css specs

Working with a baseline seems pretty unfair when it comes to effort vs value in webdesign today: https://iamvdo.me/en/blog/css-font-metrics-line-height-and-vertical-align.

But there’s a css snap to line-grid in the works, which would be a nice addition to vivliostyle. Any idea about implementing it?
