自動生成される目次に、原稿中の見出しを含めてほしい

実際の本作りでは、原稿の中にある h1 や h2 などの見出しを目次に含めたいことが多いと思いますが、そのためには、現状は自分で（手動で）目次を作る必要があります。そこで、目次自動作成機能で、h1 や h2 などの見出しを目次に含められるとよい思います。どのレベルの見出しまで含めるかも指定できるとうれしいです。
this is what i need as well. i need at least h2.
how do i create table of contents manually with h2?
edit: found https://docs.vivliostyle.org/#/vivliostyle-cli#creating-table-of-contents-yourself but i think using unified with remark-toc would be better. idk if there's docs to using unified.
can't find it. plz let me know if i can use unified for book generated with npm create book my-book command :)
