meson 0.55.3

is it worth updating the meson submodule from 0.55.1 to 0.55.3 - there seem to be quite a few useful improvements https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/tree/0.55

Mainstream QEMU has already switched to meson 0.55.3. Which branch do you use? Normally you can use master branch from mainstream QEMU for emulating q800 and linux-user mode. It also includes the new m68k virt machine.
