Create 1.5 release

v.1.4.0 states that "i3blocks-contrib will now follow the release schedule and have corresponding version numbers to i3blocks", but there is no corresponding -contrib release for 1.5 yet.

Second this:

  1. i3blocks 1.5 doesn't have blocklets in release bundle.
  2. some old blocklets from previous release are not compliant with the new version, e.g. 'bandwidth' due to not outputting a trailing newline.

+1, "me think" that would simplify distros packaging job too.
