[Feature Request] Renaming Symbol

Is it possible to add renaming support?

renaming is cool but I'm not sure if veridian has a good enough understanding of a project to be able to do this safely. It would probably be better to just use some form of find and replace.

Symbol renaming is added to verible a couple months ago. https://github.com/chipsalliance/verible/pull/2081 Since veridian is also using verible under the hood I think it should be possible to copy their work.

veridian is using their CLI tools currently so I don't think it's quite that easy. Maybe you could try running the verible ls as well if you need that functionality.
