Replace a Numericbone if the Bonename is "sortindex". Make an Listview sortable.

Hello @ArneGudermann please keep this PR open, as it was now used in a project where necessary. I was not happy with the implementation, as it should become a bone widget as it was the case in the plugin from VI2. Nevermind, just keep it open and we should integrate the feature into VI4 as well.
