count score as pb using override

This PR makes a score count as personal best based on the score override if the score has been overwritten. And it also adjusts the discord rich presence accordingly. However it does not make it compatible with ranked play and it does not remove the "s" that the menu puts after the score as I'm not sure how I would go about doing that (since I need to know if the score has been overwritten without the play being in process at the moment).
