Unable to set SG based profile
Probably there is something that I don’t really undertand, but I was trying to create a SG reading based beer profile and it doesn’t work.
My iSpindel is calibrated and I don’t use „calculated by BPL” setting.
I entered the profile as
- SG 1 day, 60% 17 celcius
- ramp up to 19 during 2 days
- Stable 1 dat, -, 48, 19 celcius
- ramp down to 10 c during 1 day
- 14 days at 10C
But on 2nd day it’s already ramping temperature to 18.5 even though attenuation is on 10%.

I have a similar problem using v3.5.1, my beer profile keeps skipping one or two steps on beginning.
The last I've tried was:
1 - 16ºC for 6 days OR SG stable for 48h 2 - 6 days Ramp 3 - 22ºC for 1 day 4 - 1 day Ramp 5 - 0ºC for 5 days 6 - 3 days Ramp 7 - 8ºC for 5 days
On this specific profile, it skipped to step 2 (6 days ramp)

May I have the log file? Just go to file manager, (http://brewpiless.local/filemanager), and download the log.
I just fixed a few bugs about gravity schedule in 4.0a1 (https://github.com/vitotai/BrewPiLess/tree/4.0pre).
I'm also hitting this issue, here are my problems:
- I can't set only SG, days is required even if I only want to SG as a condition
- if I set 1 day, just to keep the default, and I put
1.02on SG, the step is ignored and it jumps to the second step at start - as a workaround I ended up putting
time & SGas a condition, with5 daysand SG1.02, I hope that on 5 days if gravity is above that value the condition will not be satisfied and wait for the SG, but I'm not sure if this is going to work
