[BUG] Cache doesn't clear

Describe the bug Mine is always at 2GB and when I back out and go back into the storage setting, it's still at 2GB. Other apps do this properly, so I don't think it's a graphene issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Long hold the amethyst icon, open up details, go to storage, and clear cache.

Expected behavior Cache clears and stays clear.

Just tried it.

I was on 1.4gb after weeks of usage.

Cleared cache.. Instantly back to 700mb
