[FEATURE] Highlights interface

Since Amethyst has support for displaying highlights and also support for long content posts, it would be nice to have the ability to create highlights within the application, so that you can create highlights without leaving Amethyst. The interface for this could be based on the old ability to select text within a note, which disappeared in the new versions.
