[Feature Request] Adafruit PCT2075 or LM75 Temperature Sensor Implementation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The temperature sensor I have available is not supported with the plugin, and I lack the skill to create a plugin for this board/sensor myself.

Describe the solution you'd like I would love to have the PCT2075 or the LM75 temperature sensors added to the list of supported boards. Adafruit provided the board to me as part of my order, so I'd love to use the tools I have available to me and avoid purchasing extra kit.

Describe alternatives you've considered I've considered tweaking the .py files for other I2C-based temperature sensors, but unfortunately I just don't understand enough about Python3 nor the boards in question to know what edits could be made in order to add support.

Additional context If anyone has a suggestion for some easy implementation of this sensor, I am all ears! I would love to learn some Python3, and I intend to, but right now it appears as if trying to start from 0 knowledge to getting the sensor integrated with this plugin would be a massive time-sink/effort for a Python3 first project, especially since most of the groundwork looks like its been laid by the community already.

That being said, I am always open to learning more, so if you're able to point me in the right direction to get started, I'm happy to give it a shot!
