All subreddits fail to load/update.

We can't update this subreddit right now, please check your internet connection. I'm connected to a perfectly working Wi-Fi. App version 2.1.2.0. Windows 10.0.14915.1000 (Mobile).

The issue is also present on a freshly installed Reddunt on my desktop version of Windows 10 (14393.105).

Upon reading the changelog, I followed the advice that users might need to login again. This appears to have fixed to issue. However, you might want to consider pushing an update that provides users with this information, I could imagine you losing some of them due to the app 'not working anymore'. And that would be a shame.
