Indicate that the post content is a link or don't load it automatically

Please add a sign to indicate that the post content is a link to an external webpage, similar to what reddit web does.

Or better add an option to disable loading external contents (webpages) automatically. It usually makes the app to lag and decreases battery life, and such contents are usually unwelcome.
