Days - Fix rain transparency bug

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Due to the way the DS handles transparency, right after you start Day 358 in Days, you can see the rain going behind some metal bars. It's very subtle on the original hardware, but noticeable on higher resolutions.

Describe the solution you'd like We can add a special condition to give the rain element a higher priority over other elements.
