Setting Shortcuts breaks the D-Pad Command menu

When holding L1 to set Magic Shortcuts in the command menu, the D-Pad stops working as intended

1. Open Magic Menu
2. Hold L1
3. Try and Press Up or Down
4. Fail Miserably

When Holding L1 to set Shortcuts, the D-Pad should still move the Command Menu
