I'm getting this error after entering cmake config release.

this happens when the directory specified in the command before the one that gives this error is incorrect.

Judging from your screenshot, it should be -DXNNPACK_DIR=/home/mike/XNNPACK

You can rerun the command in question with the correct XNNPACK_DIR and try again.
