I should be able to reassign people from the projects page

This would let us just use the project view during standup, easily see who was working on what, and rotate by dragging around, while keeping the GitHub assignees in sync. No more pairing board to maintain!

(This would force us to track everything we do on GH issues. Is that ok?)
