Description

New import sorting based on https://github.com/azat-io/eslint-plugin-perfectionist is a huge change, so I split it from renovate PRs https://github.com/vitest-dev/vitest/pull/6750 Though the diff is huge, the sorting looks clean, so it's probably fine to adopt this?
