Redesign website (possibly also logo)

During the community meeting today we discussed whether it is time to have the website redesigned.

Motivation

• Several years old, and looks dated in terms of styling and fonts
• UX can be improved
• Blog section can be much better

Principles

• Discoverability - Google search / SEO should not be broken by any rewrite
• Docs versioning should be carried forward
• Redirects so that old links continue to work

Questions

• Should we do a logo redesign as well?
