Change website to look better with new logo
We are changing the logo in #1919. However, there are a few improvements we can make
- Remove the background from the footer
- The Documentation link on the landing page is no longer "boxed". We should fix that
- Re-skin the whole website to match colors better. Here is a mockup of what that might look like

@deepthi I'm curious: how was this mockup generated? Is this Figma? Docusaurus?
@thisisobate It was a quick mockup in Figma. I can share a link if we want to do something with this direction.

ok..that looks good. I believe the emphasis is on how the new logo would look on the existing website design rather than a complete website redesign? @jasonlong
The mock was just an exploration showing a possible future direction, but yes I think the more immediate goal is better align the existing site w/ the new logo. @deepthi can speak to the goals of any larger site updates.
Reskinning the whole website is probably non-trivial and I understand it might not happen right away. It will be nice to do the first two items though.
Since we already fixed the first two items, I think it makes sense to close this issue and open the 3rd item as a separate issue while attaching the necessary resources (Figma links, etc).
