Add a Changelog section to the front page

It will nice to provide a curated feed of important new features on the main page. For example, we recently wrote this as a blog post whereas it would have been a good candidate for a changelog.

ok...maybe having something like this instead? that would require us to manually create/add these changelogs to the website since github API does not have an endpoint for changelogs.

@thisisobate, I like the second option better even if it means we need to manually modify it. We would most likely update the changelog upon every releases, announcements, or blog posts that are good candidates - which 1) is not that often 2) is a good compromise.

Let's see what @deepthi thinks first though.
