Introduction video on vitess.io homepage

We should change the video on the homepage for the introduction to Vitess as it is quite old, and better explanations have been available lately. I researched and watched some of the videos introducing Vitess and found the two best ones.

• This video explains how a normal scaling of the database works and how it can cause issues in the application logic as the application grows bigger and then highlights how Vitess addresses these problems with the help of vtgate and vttablet.
• I found this video perfect for a beginner because, as a beginner when one doesn't know about database scaling we need to explain how normal scaling works and then about Vitess.
• Also the architecture explained here is quite easy to understand.

• We can add this video too as it is the latest from 2024 and explains Vitess architecture in detail.
• All the new features are also mentioned in this video.

Currently, we have one video on the homepage. We can have two videos, one for the introduction and one for an in-depth understanding.
