Update the installation procedure for Ubuntu

In KUbuntu 20.04 "libgcrypt11-dev" is not present and it's necessary to install "libgcrypt20-dev". Can you update the installation page it include this version.

Maybe it's necessary to keep "libgcrypt11-dev" for some older version or some distribution. A message like "If you have an error with 'libgcrypt11-dev', try with 'libgcrypt20-dev' ".
