Manager rule not send command

Hello! Manager command which cannot be given rightfully for the device, it's possible to change this?

Hello!

The web the admin can give a command only on a surface (engine stop etc.) the manager no. Solvable, that the manager too let him be able to give a command? Thank you

The only option, which is available now is to allow only administrators to send commands. Otherwise everyone will be able to send commands.
