feat: Do not enforce a single filter in hidden table columns

This PR removes a force single filter in hidden table columns.

How to test

1. Go to this link.
2. Switch to a table chart.
3. Open a Kanton column.
4. ✅ Hide it and see that the multi-filter is still present and it's possible to apply, instead of forcing a single-filter selection.
5. Switch to a Jahr column.
6. ✅ Hide it and see that it works as before.
7. Open any numerical column.
8. ✅ Hide it and see that no filtering is possible, as before.
