Interactive Filters for Tables: Add tick lines to the time slider

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. We should include tick marks on the date slider filter. Especially in a case where there is no data for each consecutive year in the dataset (or larger gaps between years) the slider sometimes jumps back to the previous position (also see screen recording)
