Show All Values: Total value for stacked bar and column charts with segmentation

Description

Currently, Visualize offers the "Show All Values" function for segmented and stacked column and bar charts. This function should be extended to also support the total value, or sum, for grouped and stacked charts. Client-side calculations are required to display the total value for a specific X-section in grouped and stacked charts.

Nice-to-Have: If it's possible without additional effort, offering this function for area charts would be beneficial for the consistency of the application.

Not-In-Scope: Displaying individual values per group for a specific X-section. This is not possible due to the limited space in the chart. (See https://gitlab.ldbar.ch/bafu/visualize/-/issues/512#note_18469)]
