Alignment with official CI
Describe the bug
- Language menu: Can text be centred and background colour aligned?
- Height of the blue header bar: Not sure If it complies with the guidelines, but it does not correspond to the height of other websites (DDPS, FOAG, Swisstopo). Please validate its correctness.
- Logo is larger than on other websites (DDPS, FOAG, Swisstopo). Please validate the size.
- New: Button on start page with gray lines (see screenshot)
- New: Sections and cards (see screenshot)
