ODS: Change color of button

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. The button above the chart, which points to visualize.admin.ch is currently grey (as defined by the CI/CD). To better align the Iframe with the ODS appearance, we should change the color of the button to Dark Cyan (Hex: #009688).
