Can't remove optional hierarchical filter

Currently it's impossible to remove an optional hierarchical filter from the editor side panel once it's been added. It should be possible to do so, as is the case for non-hierarchical filters.

To Reproduce

1. Go to this link.
2. Add Product subgroup filter.
3. ❌ See that it's not possible to remove it (missing "No filter" option).
4. Add Product properties filter.
5. ✅ See that you can remove the filter ("No filter" option is present).
