Sticky Global Filters

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. Make global filters for dashboards sticky. When a large dashboard is created, the user has to scroll to see all the charts. If there are global filters activated, the user cannot see them when they scroll down which can make the charts hard to understand. If the global filters are sticky, it would always be in the viewport, allowing the user to interact with the charts and increase readability.
