[s6.1] Improve Color Palette (BLW)
Problem: Users want to be able to freely adjust the colour of the charts (e.g. CI colours), or the same colour for the same dimension in the dashboard.
Improvement: Colour selection function not only for chart segmentation but for the whole chart. + Recommendations as a hint for the user to warn for accessibility problems (colour AA)
Requirements
- The user can change / select colors, even without knowing the hex code
- Color palette for ordinal scales (green to red, light to dark)
- Standard Palettes should remain available
- Users (logged in) can save a color palette for re-use

@KerstinFaye FYI: I added the requirements based on the gitlab issue. From what i can tell, most of it is covered in the figma link in the description. What i didn't see was an option for ordinal scales.
