Date not applied when manually entered

Describe the bug When interacting with the filter on a data, if the date is entered manually it is not applied to the chart. If the user selects a date from the calendar dropdown or using the slider it works as expected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to https://visualize.admin.ch/en/v/viOGHvNCMwjV?dataSource=Prod
2. Click on Copy + Edit this Visualization
3. Select Horizontal axis
4. Change the "From" date from 2016 to 2014 by manually entering the new date in the field
5. See that the change is not applied

Expected behavior The user should be able to adjust the date range fields by manually entering the date. Alternatively, the fields should not be clickable.

• Visualize environment and version: Discovered on PROD v4.7.4 (71758ed) but reproducible on TEST v4.7.0 (5592973)
