Chart titles not shown in login area

Describe the bug Chart Names / Titles do not appear in the login area

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to visualize.admin.ch
2. Login
3. Create a new chart and give it a title
4. Save the chart as a draft or publish it
5. Go to the login area-> Home
6. See that the chart name is [No Title]

Expected behavior The given chart title should appear in the "Name" column instead of [No Title]

Closing this, as i realized it is a duplicate of Name is not saved in Draft of a Visualization, even though the chart has a title and already fixed on TEXT
