Disable "Browser back" when the add data set panel is open

When adding a new chart from another data set, a panel to select another data set is shown.

If the user is using a trackpad to interact with the application, they may accidentally swipe right, and the browser goes back to the initial data preview screen, as a result they may loose their work.

Proposed Solution: Disable the browser back to avoid the user loosing their work accidentally by being redirected to the initial data set selection
