Uncertainties/Error in Line Charts

The line charts should be able to handle errors like bar charts. Potentially with a shaded background.

Context (Environment)

Current Behavior Currently, line charts don't support a visualization of error bars.

Expected Behavior Visualize should be able to handle error bars / error shading for line charts
