Evaluation of the possibility to migrate to the new CI/CD of the Swiss Confederation.

What we know so far:

• https://github.com/swiss/styleguide → ist veraltet.
• Neue Version (noch nicht offiziell) ist gemäss BK: https://storybook.bund-ds.bedev.liip.ch/?path=/docs/get-started--page . Die offizielle Version kommt nicht vor September raus, es wird durch die BK offiziell informiert.
• Corporate Design des Bundes. Richtlinien zur richtigen Anwendung: https://swiss.github.io/styleguide/de/
• Liip hat einen neuen Styleguide gemacht.

In August, 2023 the client mentioned that a migration to the new CI / CD is not expected before 2024 (when they also migrate their official website (bafu.admin.ch)). Placing it back into the backlog
