Problem with "Go to Declaration"

Love LiteIDE - Using version X38.3 on Windows (Linux my preferred OS but company is Windows).

They recently upgraded my workstation from Win 10 Pro where I had installed Lite IDE to Win 11 Pro. IDE works fine except for the "Go to Declaration" etc - how can I fix this? Reinstall the IDE? Upgrade the build? Something else?
