Go Outline and Folders taking full window height

What operating system and processor architecture are you using(go env)?

Ryzen 3400G, XUbuntu

What did you do?

Would it be possible to have both folders and Go outline using the main window height? I am having a wide 32 monitor and both Go outline and folders would come handy if having full windows height.

Having Go outline in floating windows is not an option due to frequent resizing. Thank you!

If possible, provide a recipe for reproducing the error.
