Does Qt with msvc surpported?

I have followed the steps in https://github.com/visualfc/goqt/blob/master/doc/install.md. But I failed at command : mingw32-make, and I found my Qt version is "windows x86 msvc2012 5.5.1". So, does Qt with msvc surpported?
