Quotes in URLs

Looks like there is a problem with the import, is titles have quotes in them. I thought I saw a solution here: https://github.com/Navirl/Notion-2-Obsidan/commit/c9811d851752aed0aefdb9ea901681de0a264c81 but it looks like that is out of date compared to master.
