[Feature Request]: fastdup is using requests 2.28.1 which has a security volenrability

Feature Description

We have noted this customer request and will issue a new fastdup version 2.16 in the next couple of days. In the meantime:

• Install fastdup as usual (recommended to use virtualenv).
• after installation is done, update only the requests package. This should work as a workaround in the meantime.
