Manipulation toolbar disappears when calling delete with no selected node or edge

When in manipulation mode and selecting a node (or edge for that matter) then deleting the respective node the "Delete selected" button remains active even after the node (or edge) is deleted. Clicking the "Delete selected" button now will make the manipulation toolbar disappear.

Probably the same issue as described here: https://github.com/visjs/vis-network/issues/1589#issue-978086828
