Fixed Background Image for Network Canvas [Feature Request]

Feature

• Set Background Image for the whole Network Canvas
• Add option for the image to be fixed (even when zooming in, or moving the "camera", the Image doesn't move.
• Add option for the image to be unfixed (when zooming in, or moving the "camera", the Image does move with the camera.

Example Scenario:

• Your Nodes represent a Geographical Location on a Map
• Your Canvas Background Image is a Map of a City, Country, World, Metro Station, ...
• You use fixed x & y positions for your Nodes to represent their geographical Location.

If you know how to do/implement/code it via vis-nework, please point me to the files, classes, methods where this should be implemneted with a few tips & notes. I will code and push this feature myself. Right now too busy to read the whole to get a grasp of it.
