Pan and zoom doesn't work with OSPRay

Describe the bug

Panning and zooming the image does nothing if using OSPRay.

To Reproduce

1. Open /usr/gapps/visit/data/globe.silo.
2. Create a Pseudocolor plot.
3. Bring up the Rendering options window, go to the Advanced tab and enable OSPRay rendering at the bottom of the window. Press Apply.
4. The image should change slightly.
5. Rotate the image. This works.
6. Pan or zoom the image and nothing happens.
