time expression cores engine

Describe the bug

  1. Open wave.visit
  2. Create expression time(quadmesh) called foo
  3. AddPlot Pseudcolor of foo
  4. Draw plot

Step 4 may or may not succeed and plot a constant valued PC plot with value of the current timestep. But, for sure, step forward in time and the engine cores.
